No, of course not, because you choose what you want to do and if you don't want to do it, no one can force you, whether in porn or in any other aspect of your life.

- Would you change your current job in porn for a supermarket cashier job?

No, because this is something I really like, although working as a cashier has other advantages that porn doesn't have, so I think that the best option could be combining a job in porn with a more "normal" job to make some extra money.
